Franklin Eyecare is an Ophthalmology practice that
is associated with Coastal Vision at the Salem Crossing
Location. Dr. Quentin Franklin is the chief medical
officer and is available to diagnose and treat most
medical eye conditions including those
requiring surgical intervention. Dr. Franklin is also
available for consultations for cataract and Lasik
surgeries. |

Dr. Quentin
Franklin is a board certified
ophthalmologist that has been practicing in
Hampton Roads for the past ten years. He is
one of the top refractive surgeons in the
country, having performed thousands of
cataract and refractive procedures over the
past decade. He is a graduate of the
Uniformed Services University in Bethesda,
Maryland, Dr. Franklin was selected to the
prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor
society.

After serving as a Navy pilot
and battalion surgeon with a
Marine Expeditionary Unit, Dr.
Franklin completed his
Ophthalmology residency in San
Diego. He is licensed in both
Virginia and North Carolina and
associated with numerous area
hospitals.
Franklin
Eyecare and Coastal Vision have
worked to build a strong
relationship in order to provide
our patients with the best care
possible. Dr. Franklin looks
forward to bringing his wealth
of experience in refractive and
cataract procedures to the most
important patient of all-- you.
Quentin and his wife Frances
have three children and reside
in Virginia Beach. |
