Hal Breedlove, O.D. Dr. Breedlove is an international lecturer to Optometric educational organizations, as well as local school and civic groups. He is the past president of the Sports Vision Section of the American Optometric Association, and current Board Member of the Joint Commission of Sports Medicine and Science. He mostly enjoys working and training the Law Enforcement community in vision based shooting and survival skills and has been quoted and been contributor to many firearms and visual sports performance books and articles. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Lee Ann and their two college children, Jon and Shannon
